Receive and account for all club guns
Remove all gun batteries
Record any significant injuries, complete accident investigation if necessary – report to committee
Count BBs and order more if less than 2 boxes – max stock of 3 boxes of each 0.25 and 0.3
Remove batteries, charger, ipad and eftpos terminal for the next game organizer
Return and secure all club equipment in the container (flags, clocks etc).
stack any plastic drums or other containers/equipment that are being left out, in buildings or somewhere secluded out of the wind
Check for rubbish that needs to be removed
Lock the container
Visually assess the field for fire risk – look for smoke. Think about what happened today – were any vehicles or chainsaws used. Did anyone deploy smoke grenades / pyrotechnics. If any doubt, walk over the field to confirm no risk of fire
Close any gates that need to be shut
Check, clean and restock the toilet
Flip OPEN sign to CLOSED and pick up the speed sign
TEXT farm to let them know everyone has left the field
